Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with My4acescreations! We're proud to offer convenient local delivery for our wreaths, custom safety keychains, and other unique creations.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer local delivery within Austin, Texas and surrounding areas within 15 miles of our business location. If you're unsure whether you're within our delivery area, please contact us before placing your order. 

Delivery Fees

Flat rate Delivery: $8 per order .

Free local delivery on orders over $50.

Delivery Days & Times

Local deliveries are made Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 3 PM.

Orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered the next business day,

We do not deliver on weekends or holidays unless otherwise arranged.

Delivery Process

Please provide accurate delivery details, including your phone number and any special instructions.

If you won't be home, please let us know where we can safely leave your order.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to accept the delivery and no instructions are provided, we will leave your order at your doorstep or safe location at your own risk. My4acescreations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after delivery is made.

Delivery Exceptions

Severe weather or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. We will notify you of any delays and work with you to reschedule if needed.
